Winter smoothie

I’m loving so much this smoothie at the moment that I decided to share it with you. Perfect for a sweet tooth like me since it is crazy sweet, creamy and nourishing. It’s basically bananas, almond milk and dates but the overload of cinnamon makes it burst with flavour and feels so Christmassy. Yum!

Makes 1 Big Smoothie

  • 3 Bananas
  • 300ml almond Milk
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz everything together until it’s smooth and creamy.
