For me there is no Christmas without Brussels sprouts and I believe that any veg can taste absolutely amazing just depends on how you cook it or the dressing and spices you use. This is a very easy side and it’s so tasty! Even the kids love it!
🎄500g of Brussel sprouts
🎄2 tablespoons of maple syrup
🎄2 tablespoons Olive Oil
🎄Sprinkle of salt and some chilli flakes
Cut in half the Brussels and the potatoes and add to a baking tray with olive oil, salt, chilly flakes and maple syrup. Mix well and cook in the over for around 15 minutes at 200C till the Brussels become soft and slightly golden. Before serving sprinkle with pomegranate seeds 😋❤️
