Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

Smoothies are one of the best ways to start the day, it’s so easy to make and our bodies couldn’t love it more.

This smoothie is supper creamy and delicious, especially if you use a very ripe pineapple and banana. In fact I try my best to buy some fruit (like pineapples, mangos) in advance, so they have the chance to get ripe so they become sweeter and its actually better that way for us! This smoothie is so creamy that in fact you can put it in a bowl and eat with a spoon topped with some more banana, maybe some seeds or granola.

Ingredients:

1/2cupRaspberries

1 thick slice of Pineapple

2 Bananas

3tbsp Coconut milk

A few ice cubes

 

Method:

  1. Remove the skin of the pineapple and peel the banana.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the smoothie is well blended and creamy.
