Protein Chocolate Smoothie

For all of you that started exercising like crazy in January my little piece of advice is to replenish your body after a workout with good foods and in my opinion a great way to do it is with a vegetable source of protein.   • 300ml Almond milk
  • 3 Bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 1tbsp cacao powder
  • 2tbsp hemp seeds or 1 heaped tbsp hemp powder

Top Tip: if you have a powerful blender you can use hemp seeds otherwise I would recommend using hemp powder and in that case use only 1tbsp

  1. Place all ingredients on your blender and blend till very smooth and creamy for around 2 minutes
