This is a seriously delicious smoothie and it’s packed with a big load of nutrients. The banana and the frozen red fruits makes the smoothie really creamy, while it gives a beautiful colour and a sweet, fruity flavour masking the spinach which gives you a good dose of vitamins and minerals. The protein powder is totally optional as well as the date. I add it so I can make sure I have a good protein boost after a workout and the date, well… because I have a sweet tooth.
- 3 Bananas
- 1cup Frozen red fruits
- 1/2cup Plant based milk
- Hand full of spinach
- 2tbsp Oats
- 1tbsp hemp protein powder
- Optional: 1 Date
Simply peel the banana and pit the date, then blend everything until smooth!
