My Favourite Workout at the Moment and Post Workout Smoothie Recipe

I love working out at home. I can do it at my own time, don’t need to commute anywhere and I also don’t need to worry about what I’m wearing! These days it couldn’t be easier with youtube to find plenty of free workouts! My favourite is definitely Fitness Blender for cardio and toning exercises and for Yoga is Yoga with Adriene. Recently I came across this really hardcore workout by an LA chick and I have been loving it. (link below) I do it at least once a week. It’s a full body workout as it includes cardio, arms, legs/booty and core! Boom! It’s hard at the beginning but once you have done it 3 times you really get into it and I find really cool that in 40 minutes I workout all parts of my body! It gets quite sweaty and messy so get ready for it!

My favourite time of the day to workout is in the morning and after this crazy one you definitely need a breakfast to refill your body with nutrients and energy to start the day. I’m loving this smoothie at the moment, it really fills me up and it’s so tasty and tropical.


  • 4 kiwis
  • 2 Bananas
  • Hand full of spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Optional: Ice cubes

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until super nice and smooooooth
