Mango Lollies

Lets endure summer with some nice and fresh lollies. We have been having an amazing weather in London and seems that it’s here to stay. This mango lollies are so delicious and it’s so easy to make. It’s basically a frozen smoothie but made extra sweet! It really is an amazing healthy treat that you can have in the freezer waiting for you! Mango is one of my favourite sorbets so I tried to replicate my own. You can make these super colourful lollies with just 3 ingredients: Mango, banana and agave syrup. I used a few strawberries just to give extra texture and make them cuter. Hope you love them!


Ingredients for 4 lollies

1 mango (nice and ripe)

1 banana

2tbsp Agave syrup

3 Strawberries (optional)



  1. Peel the mango and the banana.
  2. Add all the ingredients to your blender or food processor and process it till very smooth and creamy.
  3. Cut your strawberries into thin slices and place them in the walls of your lolly moulds
  4. Finally add your mango flavour into the ice lolly moulds and freeze it for about 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Yum yum yum!
