Deliciously Ella Cooked Granola

I’m in love with this breakfast. One morning I wanted a warm bowl of porridge but there was no oats in the house so I decided to cook Deliciously Ella granola and was one of those unexpected delicious meals. I absolutely love it! I cooked it with apple so it all combines nicely with the soft sweet apple. The granola leaves a delicious hint of cinnamon and the blueberries break a the sweetness of the granola. I than topped it with a big dollop of almond butter making it super creamy. This breakfast is a sweet warm cuddle for this cold winter mornings!

Serves 1


  • 1 Apple
  • 1cup Deliciously Ella Original Granola
  • 1/2cup Oat Milk
  • 1/2cup Blueberries
  • 1tbsp Almond butter


  1. Chop the apple in small pieces and add to a saucepan together with the milk, and most of the blueberries. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook with lid for 4-5 minutes till the apple becomes nice and soft and the blueberries have released some of their juices.
  2. Add the granola and cook for just 1 to 2 minutes so it gets a bit softer while it absorbs the liquid.
  3. Serve with the remaining blueberries and a dollop of almond butter
  4. So delicious !
