How To Do A *Headstand*

World Vegan Day

If I were to define vegan in a very simplistic way (which it isn’t) I would say it’s “Cruelty Free”! This is the main reason why I became vegan, simply because it’s cruelty free for all animals, feels to me more loving and caring to live this way…

Though I must admit that not always I like labels to define the way we eat. I think the important thing is to eat healthy and for me that means a plant based diet. That’s why sometimes I don’t like the fact that vegan is associated with a specific diet. Healthy eating is not a diet and labels can make it seem like it is.
