Blueberry Milk Shake

My milk shake brings all the goodness to my body, I can teach you, you just have to try :p Smoothies are definitely great, but a milk shake some how feels more like an afternoon treat. I guess it’s because instead of being made with water we use a nut milk making it sweeter and creamier. An essential ingredient for milkshakes is to use bananas to make it thicker and sweeter. Sometimes I’m super cheeky and I add a squeeze of agave syrup.

Good thing about having a milk shake for snack is that it really fills you up in a super healthy way with loads of vitamins and anti-oxidants.

For 1 big smoothie:

2 or 3 bananas

1 big slice of ripe pineapple

1cup blueberries

1/2 cup almond milk

a few ice cubes

Add all the ingredients to the blender and process it till it becomes super creamy and smooth.

Add a straw to your milk shake just for fun!
