I could not possibly start a healthy blog without an avocado on toast post. This, of course, is not really a recipe post because everyone knows how to mash some avocado and add a pinch of salt and pepper, but instead to give you some toppings ideas for your avocado on toast snack, starter or breakfast. Avocados are truly amazing, not only because of its super yummy creamy taste but also because its full of health benefits. Some say that we could almost live on avocados since they are packed with so many nutrients including loads of vitamins (A, B6, C, E and K). The fat content in avocados is the good one (monounsaturated) that makes wonders for your skin, keeping it moisture and also great for weight loss and balance. Yes that’s right, our bodies need fat to function and if we nurture them with the right fats it helps with weight balance.
So lets get a ton of nourishment with each bite.

Might sound weird but for breakfast I love it with mango on top
