Chocolate Hearts

I had this desire of making my own chocolates so I started experimenting with the basic ingredients, but of course all natural and healthy. So I mixed raw cacao butter, cacao powder and coconut sugar. It became so delicious that I didn’t feel the need to take it any further. Believe me when I said this chocolates are absolutely amazing! (If I say so myself) They are some of the best vegan dark chocolate I have ever had and they are dead easy to make. They go hand in hand with pana chocolate. I know right?! Sounds unbelievable that’s why you need to try them. You only need to melt all ingredients over a steaming bowl till everything combines and creates a very liquid texture, which then goes to the freezer to solidify. I used some very cute heart shaped ice moulds from Tiger. You can also easily get some from amazon here or you can use any ice moulds you like. Hope you love them. Share the love <3

Makes around 12 chocolate hearts

  • 80g  Cacao Butter
  • 50g Raw Cacao Powder
  • 50g Coconut Sugar
  1. Place all ingredients into a  bowl and gently melt over a steaming pan of water mixing all the time so it doesn’t overdue the chocolate.
  2. Pour  into ice moulds and pop in the freezer to solidify. Et voila, chocolat!
